A Platform for Transaction and Communication

Henceforward:

1. All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed upon solely between Buyers and Sellers. These include but are not limited to price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, delivery period and mode, warranties, and after-sales services. Bahee does not control, determine, or involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such terms between Buyers and Sellers. All discounts and offers (including exchange offers) are provided by the Seller/Brand and not by Bahee.

2. Placement of an order by a Buyer with a Seller on the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. This should not be interpreted as the Seller’s acceptance of the offer. The Seller retains the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, and the Buyer will be notified via email/SMS. All cancellations are subject to the Return and Exchange Policy.

3. Bahee does not make any representations or warranties regarding specifics such as quality, value, or saleability of products or services listed on the Platform. Bahee does not endorse or support any sale or purchase of products/services and accepts no liability for errors or omissions on behalf of itself or third parties.

4. Bahee is not responsible for non-performance or breach of any contract between Buyers and Sellers. The platform does not guarantee that transactions will be completed as agreed. Additionally, Bahee will not mediate or resolve disputes between Buyers and Sellers.

5. Bahee does not make representations regarding the legitimacy, identity, or creditworthiness of Users. Buyers and Sellers should conduct independent verification before engaging in any transaction.

6. At no point during any transaction does Bahee come into possession of products or services offered by Sellers, nor does it hold any rights or claims over them.

7. Bahee holds no title, rights, or interest over any products or services sold on the Platform. The platform is not responsible for delays, stock unavailability, or back-ordered products.

8. The Platform is only a marketplace that connects Users. Bahee is not a party to the contract between the Seller and Buyer and does not assume any responsibility for transactions.

9. Paid prices do not include customs duties or taxes in the Buyer’s destination country.
