Please read all terms carefully to understand the conditions below regarding returns and exchanges. Payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The following conditions must be met in all cases of exchange and return:
1. Exchange is permitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. (Exchange is not permitted after the expiry of the mentioned period).
2. The product must be in its original condition. If there is any defect in the piece, it will not be exchanged.
3. For returns, the customer will receive a purchase voucher for the value of the returned item (after applying the discount on the shipping price of the returned item).
4. Items that are not eligible for exchange will not be replaced.
Additional Terms:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unscented, unstained, unaltered, free from any stains or makeup, and with its original labels and undamaged packaging.
• For any products eligible for return or exchange, the process will only take place once the item is received at our warehouse.
• In case of manufacturing defects, Bahee will cover the shipping fee. However, for all other returns or exchanges, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
• Bahee reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the above conditions are not met. If an item is rejected, the customer must arrange for its retrieval within 7 days of notification. Otherwise, Bahee will not be responsible for storing it, and it will be discarded.
• Exchanges are accepted through contacting us on whatsup or email with your purchase reference No under the mentioned conditions.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted if there is any violation of our privacy policy.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed for items purchased during promotional periods.
• For exchanges made outside of a promotional period (whether related to color, size, or design), the original price of the design will be charged, and the customer must pay any price difference.
