• Orders are processed within 20 calender days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Costs

• Within the UAE: Delivery takes 20 business days as our designs undergo a careful production process, quality checks, and finishing touches to ensure every garment meets our luxury standards. This time frame allows us to deliver premium, well-crafted pieces to our valued customers.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Conditions

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Bahee is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect address details.

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you for further instructions.

• If an order is returned due to failure of delivery, re-delivery charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos of the issue.

• Bahee will assess the complaint and, if valid, arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Changes & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipment.

• If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Changes are subject to availability.
